Our most important policy is to always try to make our customers happy. That said, here are the official details around how we operate. If you have any questions not covered here, feel free to contact us at any time.
How do I change the shipping address for my order or my billing information?
If you have a Francis King Tea & Coffee Co account, simply log into your account and use the “User Portal” link and then the “Edit Details” link. From there you'll be able to customize your personal details, including the shipping address.
If you have placed an order and do not have a Francis King Tea & Coffee Co account, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not already been processed, we will do our best to make the changes you have given us.
How often do you ship?
Many of the coffees we ship are roasted to order. We send your order to our roasters within 24 hours of your placing it. In some cases, individual bags of coffee will be shipped the same day our roaster receives the order, other times your order needs to wait until the coffee is freshly roasted and possibly rested Also, some of our coffees are rested for up to 10 days prior to shipping.
The available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process; you may select your preferred delivery option.
Products may be grouped together by different warehouse, depot, or roaster. Separate shipping options may be displayed for each warehouses, depots, or roaster.
We reserve the right to substitute the carrier from your chosen carrier with no additional charge or refund. If we substitute the carrier, we will endeavour to provide a similar shipping priority to your original shipping choice.

When will I be billed for my recurring order?
For reoccurring subscriptions, billing occurs based on the subscription cycle you chose and the date you subscribed. Currently, our subscription cycle options are every two weeks or every four weeks. After the successful subscription payment, an order is sent to our roasters You can update your credit card details for future subscription payments by accessing your Francis King Tea & Coffee Co account and going to the User Portal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We'd be very sad to see you go, but we hope you'll keep us in mind for future gifts and other caffeine fixes. Log into your account, select the item you wish to cancel, and follow the directions. Our policy on cancellation is pretty simple: you need to cancel by the day before your subscription is charged.
